All About Eve
My name is Eve and I am excited to meet you. I am curious about how you connect - to yourself, your loved ones, the world.
Are you overwhelmed? Burnt out? Perhaps you are having a really hard time right now - struggling with complex trauma and experiencing fear, anger, or grief. Maybe you have a deep need for kind, undivided attention. Maybe things just don't feel right- you are "getting by", and you wonder why you don't feel better. Maybe you feel totally out of control with relationships, food or other substances. I can help with these things. Maybe you need help with processing or preparing for a psychedelic experience- I can help with this too.

I am a recent graduate of the U of C MSW program have been an RN since 2017. I know intimately what it means to be in a position of responsibility to care for others, and how challenging it can be to keep yourself afloat. My deepest calling is to help support you, so you can in turn be in the world to support self, and others.
I work from a somatic and relational framework, using attuned presence to meet your facets with compassion. I was part of Rita Bozi's first cohort of Somatic Relational Trauma-informed Practices for Medicine-Assisted Facilitation from 2020-2022. I completed ART Basic training in February 2024 and completed 100 hour MAPS MDMA therapy training in summer 2021.
I believe in your strength and capacity for joy. I will walk with you as you deepen your relationship with self and the relational wounds you carry.
Maybe you just need a person to help you with:
Food Addiction/Body Image/Self Esteem
If you feel totally out of control around food you're not alone. Bingeing, restricting, dieting and disordered eating all cause us to be separated from our bodies, our communities and our purpose. Often, patterns of disordered eating can be traced back to early relational trauma.
- I recognize that everyone's challenges are different. Some people may benefit from an intuitive eating approach whereas some people may benefit from an abstinence-based model. We can figure this out together.
- I work with a strengths-based model to help you nourish the skin you are in and find love, peace and acceptance for who and where you are.
-I am interested in decolonizing the body by listening deeply to what it is saying.
Burnout
If you have been going full tilt, caring for others, trying to keep it all together, and having a harder and harder time finding the motivation to go on, you might be burnt out. Let me help you identify the feeling states underneath, so we can meet this exhaustion together.
Depression
Sometimes it's hard enough finding the motivation to get out of bed, let alone do the things you need in your life. We can explore how you feel moment-to-moment in our work together and show curiousity to patterns of stuck-ness or shutdown.

Expressive arts like music, drumming, poetry, and ecstatic movement help you get out of your logical brain and into your feeling one. It's amazing what happens when you feel safe enough to get creative, and how this might shift feelings of hopelessness or depression.
Trauma
Trauma happens when we have experiences of too much, too soon, or when we are not met in the way we needed. We heal from relational insults in relationship. Together we can ground difficult experiences in present moment through awareness of the body's cues.
Psychedelic Integration Work
Perhaps you have had an experience with a non-ordinary state of consciousness and need some help understanding your experience. I can help map the journey with you. Perhaps you are thinking of doing psychedelic work - I can help create a container and safe home base for you in which you can venture forth into the unknown.
Anxiety
It's challenging to live with feelings of fear in a day-to-day life. I can help you find ways to be with these feelings and show you strategies to be with your body and brain when they feel uncomfortable. You don't need to be alone in your discomfort.
