Why Work with Me


I am a Registered Nurse and hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from the University of Calgary. I am currently entering into my final year as a Master of Social Work student, also at the University of Calgary, and will graduate Spring 2024. I employ somatic relational techniques, play and music in my sessions. I have a background in expressive arts including drawing/painting, ecstatic movement and classical voice. I have worked as a nurse in hospice, inpatient psychiatry, rehab (trauma and addictions) and primary care providing counselling as well as private client support. I enjoy working with all ages, from youth to palliative individuals.

Sessions with me are fluid, although focused on repairing relational wounds together in real time. I am interested in how interpersonal neurobiology can help rewire our brains for safety and connection. I respond to whatever your needs are, moment by moment. I can promise you my presence and emotional nourishment.
